Ben Cooke is an Agile coach, trainer, and consultant with 15+ years of experience helping organisations adapt to change. Formerly a software engineer, he cut his teeth pioneering technologies like mobile ticketing and artist fan-club presales in the music industry.

Ben has since worked across various sectors, including IoT, telecommunications, food delivery, and retail, fostering capability, clarity, and resilience in growing organisations.

He holds the Certified Team Coach℠ certification from the Scrum Alliance, showcasing his expertise in agile practices, and maintains Associate Certified Coach status with the International Coaching Federation.
